  25. I don't know the nature of the criticisms Taka has heard about Soundex, but
  26. I would like to offer a contrary opinion.

  28. I have dealt with the people at Soundex for a several years now and have had 
  29. nothing but positive experiences.  In fact, Soundex is the only audio
  30. retailer that I feel comfortable in recommending, and I have dealt with
  31. several over the years.  I have found them to be very knowledgeable, 
  32. completely reputable and literally a pleasure to do business with.
  33. They carry an extensive line of high-end equipment and have been in 
  34. business for over 30 years.  In my experience, they provide
  35. excellent service, stand behind what they sell and will usually even 
  36. offer some reasonable (not large) discount on equipment.  Highly recommended.
