  14. One other way to get around the 7199 availability problem is to convert
  15. the st70 to 6an8, the type used in mk3s.  I'm not sure what is required
  16. but it isn't too hard, maybe someone will pull out their tube manual and
  17. give us a hint.  The 6an8 is still available for reasonable prices, i saw
  18. that RUBY tubes sells them for about $8 each.
