- The animated leap. Not this season, too big of a cost, if there is another
- season, it will be one of the first in production. Here's the low down on it;
- It's based on a story Don had for a series called the Ultimate Adventure
- Company. It would be very action packed, BUT, it would be animated, and a
- factor of the leap wouldn't be "I leaped into a tune." It would be a normal
- leap, no differentiation, and the leap out would be back to regular. It would
- just be presented this way. The budget would allow them to do some cool
- stuff, but to do it right, no way this season. Script is written though.
-
- Upcoming eps. We have; Sam in a vampire, Sam in Dr. Ruth, Sam in one of three
- sons robbing a bank (the ep takes place near his hometown, when his dad is
- alive, this is the Xmas ep, Don says the budget for this was low, only one
- location the whole thing), I saw an outline of the rest of the season, saw
- some quick stuff. Sam in a Playboy centerfold, don't know if it was on hold
- or not.
-
- Elvis ep, just went to story. Sam is in Elvis early career, most likely a
- real-time episode.
-
- End of season? Don is going to write the last ep this season. Very emotional,
- bitter sweet, and it will have an impact. He has the idea, has the final
- conclusion, getting there will be hard. He says it would work as an ending if
- the show isn't picked up, or will lead into next season very well. He said it
- is powerful, could include some past leap stuff, and was sketchy on other
- things, just it will make LHO look like nothing. He almost told me what it
- was, but wanted it to be a big surprise.
-
- Evil Leaper, she WILL return. He said they don't have a big thing on her yet,
- other than the force controlling her is evil, and she is doing what she
- thinks is right. Another ep is in the works.
-
- Budgets are a big factor. If it weren't for them, Al wouldn't have to
- dissapear/re-appear, he'd go thru objects more, the show would be cooler, but
- budgets are limiting them to more practical stories.
-
- It's looking like there WILL be another season, some of you people are too
- pessimistic..
