  36. Ok, how about this:  On his TV show he showed a clip of some monkeys
  37. running around annoying some people driving on a road. While this 
  38. clip is being shown, Mr. Limburger narrates for the audience, "oh, look
  39. there's another welfare person trying to take something away from you...
  40. oh, look at all the trouble they're going through, they're even climbing
  41. into the cars, oh no..."  Whether it was malicious intent or not, it was
  42. very obvious what connections along racial lines this could be taken as.
  43. If it wasn't intended as such, then Rush is perhaps even more stupid
  44. than I thought he was if he didn't realize how that clip could be interpreted.
