- Agreed, I know I'm torn between my love of QL and my anti-Creation
- principals. But alas, I am already set to go to a fan-run con the
- following week, I'll be using most of my saved money to go for that.
- Creation is just too expensive. :( So have fun at the con all you
- Leapers who are going, and please tell us unfortunates about it when
- you get back. Thanks.

- BTW, Terri, glad to see that there are other fans that boycott Creation,
- from reading stuff on this net, (mostly the Star Trek groups), I'd begun
- to thing that the average fan just accecpted Creation as the cons to go
- too. Although I'll agree that many TNG fans are younger fans that have
- only been to Creation cons and don't know better. (I've known a few
- myself and have introduced them to the joys of a fan run convention)
- Oh well, I think that is what Creation banks on, the throngs of fans
- that will go to see Star Trek anywhere and don't really know what the
- "good 'ol days" were. Unfortunatly, QL had little choice in going with
- Creation when those who wanted a convention set it up. They were the people
- with the organization and the bucks to get it done. I've talked to one of
- the people who were involved in last years QL con, and she said they went
- with Creation for that reason, and because they really didn't know that
- fans had a problem with Creation. Oh well.
