- Officer Semanski may be a "by-the-book" law enforcement officer, but how
- is that in conflict with the judge's sentencing order? The judge does
- have the right to set a date for sentence to be carried out (how can we
- forget a judge choosing the date April 15 for Leona Helmasley to report to
- prison?), but a law enforcement officer can't change the circumstances. I
- could see Officer Semanski writing down the day and awaiting orders from
- the West Virginia police in 1995.

- So watch out, when we all get back from the holiday reruns,
