- About Chain of Command I, did anyone think Picard is on a *really*
- secret mission and knew all along that there were no chemical/
- biological weapons. He knew he would be caught and made it
- so he would be (i.e. where Kirk gets "caught" in the Neutral
- Zone so he and Spock can get a Cloaking Device from the Romulans
- And you may ask what is the new technology that Picard is to steal?
- Very simple....the stable wormhole of DS9 (or DSN, depending on
- who you ask.) Just thinking...
