  20. Charge the phaser welder with your phasers, and use the phaser welder to
  21. weld the long bars of metal you found on the ground.  These bits, the
  22. little transporter tool, and wire from the bomb will help fix the
  23. transporter.  Use the charged phaser welder at the bottom of the
  24. forcefield to disable it.  Use the transporter to beam onto the bridge.
