  13.     I would like to use a STTNG GIF as my background in Windows 3.1.  This
  14. requires that these gifs be in a bitmap .BMP format.  Does anyone know 
  15. where I can get a GIF2BMP program.  I tried one that I found at nic.funet.fi
  16. in Finland but the file was damaged.  Thanks in advance.
