  33.      As has been stated before, Ms. Forbes declined to do DSN because
  34. she didn't want to be tied down to a long-term contract.  She *is*still*
  35. doing TNG; her arrangement is somewhat like that for Whoopi Goldberg,
  36. in that she does not appear (and thus does not have to work at Paramount)
  37. on a regular basis.  Ro is an *occasional* character.
