  19. I don't watch the Sci-Fi channel, and I only watch USA to catch QL
  20. re-runs, but something I've started to notice the past couple weeks,
  21. and my wife agreed with me that she sees also, is that certain parts
  22. of QL seem to be "speeded up."  Although it seems to happen only at times
  23. when the action is moving fast, it is very noticeable, and I was wondering
  24. if anybody else had noticed it.  I've never seen any other station pull
  25. a stunt like that (although I know that radio stations do some magic to
  26. speed up records without affecting the audio quality).

  28. I've seen this on two TV sets, so I know it's not a byproduct of a
  29. particular tube.

  31. At times this does make the show funny.  The "Camikaze Kid" episode
  32. was a little like the 6 million dollar man when Sam had to jump out
  33. of the way of the bad guy's speeding car.  He almost seemed to vanish
  34. out of the picture he moved so fast.

  36. I get my revenge on the USA network, though, because I can REALLY speed
  37. up those commercials on my VCR. :-)
