  33. In the McCoy era, DW was written for its time slot - and that meant something
  34. that came out quite like a comic book.  Given a decent p.m. time slot, DW
  35. could have had *real* scripts written ... not capitulations to its time slot.

  37. As far as DW/TNG goes ... read Imzadi by Peter David.  It's as close to a
  38. TNG'ish DW story as you'll probably ever see.  It'd be neat if PD could
  39. write a DW story or two ... (maybe the much rumored movie?)
