- to the vanishing point
- pain

- spitting
- sucking
- sucking
- dissolving the trails
- removing the ties to the past
- memories fade

- isolated

- "Booze and bars. Is that all you have in your life?...is this all
- you want?...Sleazy women and prayers to the porcelain god. 'oh,
- it's only a mild form of speed,' you said, 'not really drugs'"

- transparent membranes whir
- flash--a path of light traces
- vodka bottle
- knives
- garbage can
- cracked floor

- eyes see eyes
- papers--pictures
- remind of
- dissolved memories

- lake
- embrace
- photo paper rain
- red/black smears
- splatter
- lake
- not water
- blood
