- This if for an old friend with muscular dystropy
-
- my Friend, she Dies.
- she has Always been dying.
- her muscles Meat
- rotting slowly withIn her.
- her Heart a jewel
- in crumbled Burning house.
-
- she is Not sad.
- i have Never heard her cry.
- she grabs all Life
- and Squeezes Joy out of it
- with bony Hands
- that can't Lift a Beer bottle.
-
- wish i could Trade.
- Give to her beautiful soul
- my Strong body.
- let my Black heart die Sooner
- in her Shell
- and let the Living one Live.
