  18.         the unbearable pain of loneliness
  19.         a most severe punishment 
  20.         for being shy and abandoned
  21.         by an adulterous woman.
  22.         by what power do
  23.         I cling to this miserable existence
  24.         each day to bring only more loneliness?
  25.         for what reason do I go on? there is no
  26.         reason, only a thread of hope
  27.         that it's all a bad dream,
  28.         and I'll wake up happy
