  12. I'm just stopping by work for a moment, so I won't see any replies or
  13. posts or such until Monday, but I thought I would share an interesting
  14. telegram I received from a woman who was dressed conservatively, but
  15. disturbed me with the sensuous bulbous shape of her nose's tip:

  17. POSTHUMOUS STOP A TOO SMALL TABLECLOTH STOP VULNERABILITY TO THE WET
  18. BOTTOM OF A DRINKING GLASS STOP NOTHING TO PREVENT A MAN FROM SEEING
  19. THE ANKLES OF A LADY STOP LOVE CANDLESTICK STOP

  22. As I try to decipher what the lovely candlestick is trying to tell me
  23. from her place of hiding, I also share this note from my little
  24. brother, who seems intrigued by this poetry network...and after all,
  25. this is family time, right?  Why else would the solitary and lonely
  26. attempt suicide in vast numbers this time of year?

  33. Hello, this is my first and last entry on this poetry thing.  I'm
  34. Don's brother, but don't hold him accountable for that.  First of all,
  35. what's up with you, Phillip?  And to that guy who wrote the criticism
  36. of "Storm", poems don't have to rhyme, they don't even need meter.
  37. I'm not a poet, but I do know how hard it is to rhyme especially a
  38. word like sortie, so give the guy a break.   There is a lot worse
  39. garbage on here.  Miss Chien or is it e.e. chien, "explosion" doesn't
  40. need to be capitalized but I enjoyed the poem anyway.  Thanks for
  41. representing the creative side I so effectively neglect in my own
  42. existence.  And thank You for reading, Love and Roses, Dave
