- Obviously you have little compassion for someone whose impression of a movie
- mighty deviate from your own. I believe Ed was expressing the fact that "Naked
- Lunch" left him in a confused state and honestly felt he was missing something.
- My reaction to the movie was somewhat similar, however I sort of dismissed it
- since I enjoy watching many movies and tend not to spend much time agonizing
- over a detailed analysis of a movie I didn't particularly enjoy. Ed went the
- extra mile and took the trouble to solicit comments from this forum. In light
- of the hostility contained in your reply, he may well hesitate to do so next
- time. Pardon me for deleting the remainder of your comments, I did so for
- brevity's sake.
