  17. Actually, uncaring and personnel without any movie knowledge is the primary
  18. reason I don't go to BB. I tried them once but soon found out that the 
  19. kids working there are not particularly interested in movies, don't know
  20. what they carry, don't care and are not interested in suggestions or
  21. special requests. BB is the fast food version of video stores. The store
  22. for the masses. Nough said.
