  24. Shakes is (IMO, of course) one of the best films ever, but whoever
  25. packaged the video should be crushed by a falling piano. The video
  26. cover makes it look like another John Candy feel good bring the kids
  27. flick. This will drive away those who would really like it (Pax, are
  28. you listening) and *really* offend those who rent it as such and take
  29. it home to the family.

  48. crude. We're not talking Porkys here, just the bottomed out life of
  49. an alchoholic.

  55. This isn't a film about clowns. It's about alchoholism but done 
  56. without most of the usual preaching. At least what preaching there
  57. is comes across better knowing that Goldwaith is speaking to himself.

  62. Good review. I hope I didn't come off as flaming your post, I wasn't.
  63. I just took this film to heart I guess. By the way, this movie has
  64. one of the all time classic lines in it. Picture a clown in full 
  65. makeup throwing an obnoxious father up against a wall and telling 
  66. him "You so much as talk to me and I'll twist your head into a fucking
  67. balloon animal".
