  27. as King Osric in _Conan the Barbarian_.  I bet both those roles 
  28. must have been fun for him to play.

  30. And on a totally different, but related note...I met Brian Blessed 
  31. (_Henry V_, "I, Claudius", "Black Adder", _Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves_)
  32. at a book signing recently in Kingston, England.  He said that his favorite
  33. film role ever was as the King of the Hawk-people in _Flash Gordon_.
