  28. I think I most certainly can.  If they were competent, they would watch the
  29. tapes when they come in and then call England back and say, "Send us a proper
  30. copy!"  If they did this, then stupid little errors like this or the sound
  31. FX on "Brain of Morbius" or "Resurrection of the Daleks" wouldn't slip
  32. through.
