- This Christmas a friend of mine bought me the Ursula ceramic figure.
- I was excited, but suddenly disappointed when I discovered that her
- hand was chipped. (I have, in fact, found imperfections in the
- figures to be fairly common.) I took it to the Disney Store in
- Dearborn (Fairlane Mall) to exchange it, and when I was about 10 feet
- from the door, I dropped the figure!
-
- I didn't open the box. I just took it to the store and explained that
- it was "chipped." They told me to go get another one, and while I was
- doing that, the associate (Jennifer) opened the box. The small fall
- (less than 1 foot) had shattered Ursula into about a zillion pieces!
- (The figure was packed in a great deal of tissue paper...)
-
- The people at the store were absolutely wonderful. They replaced the
- figure for me, and wrapped the new one up in about a million layers of
- tissue paper.
-
- The associates at this store were so nice and polite, even though it
- was the day after Christmas and they had a zillion people waiting in
- lines! I have nothing but praise for them!
