  10. This Christmas a friend of mine bought me the Ursula ceramic figure.  
  11. I was excited, but suddenly disappointed when I discovered that her 
  12. hand was chipped.  (I have, in fact, found imperfections in the 
  13. figures to be fairly common.)  I took it to the Disney Store in 
  14. Dearborn (Fairlane Mall) to exchange it, and when I was about 10 feet 
  15. from the door, I dropped the figure!

  17. I didn't open the box.  I just took it to the store and explained that 
  18. it was "chipped."  They told me to go get another one, and while I was 
  19. doing that, the associate (Jennifer) opened the box.  The small fall 
  20. (less than 1 foot) had shattered Ursula into about a zillion pieces!  
  21. (The figure was packed in a great deal of tissue paper...)
  22.  
  23. The people at the store were absolutely wonderful.  They replaced the 
  24. figure for me, and wrapped the new one up in about a million layers of 
  25. tissue paper.

  27. The associates at this store were so nice and polite, even though it 
  28. was the day after Christmas and they had a zillion people waiting in
  29. lines!  I have nothing but praise for them!
