- For those interested who will be in the New York area between now and Jan. 3,
- this is reprinted from the 12/22/92 Wall St. Journal, "A" section:

- "Disney in Wonderland: The Silent Cartoons of Walt Disney"

- Studio prints of some 50 rare cartoons made by Walt Disney and his studio
- before fame and fortune came with the creation of Mickey Mouse in the
- late 1920s. The cartoons are grouped into intriguing categories, including:
- "Battles and Wars," "Scary Tales and Adventures" and "Teacher and Truant,"
- the latter including Disney's "Puss and Boots" (1922) and something called
- "Alice Gets In Dutch" (1924). A few early talkies will be screened as well.
