  36. I would like to refer all novice users to the newsgroups new.announce.newusers, 
  37. news.answers, and news.newusers.questions.  There are probably other pertinent 
  38. groups in the news.* hierarchy that I can't think of right now.  They should 
  39. handle all your questions.

  41. Actually, anyone that uses USENET/Internet should check out these groups.  
  42. When I finally read through them (after four years of using news) I discovered
  43. a LOT of things that I didn't know about.
