I can verify the previous posts about the "authenticity" of EPCOT center.  My
family and I ate at the Italian Pavilion, at a restarant called "Alfredos".
Besides being one of the BEST Italian meals I will probably ever eat in my
life, the people who worked there just "made" the place.  Most of the workers
there were men, which kind of surprised me, but I didn't mind one little bit.
Our waiter was between 25 - 30, and a major BABE, (those women like me that
love dark hair and dark eyes, WOW), and he filled us in, er-rather we
questioned him like a criminal, about their 1 year program.  According to him,
they have reasonably nice living quarters, and they segregate the different
countries, in order to prevent "ethnical differences".  He said when he's not
working, he was playing basketball with his buddies.  He said the program
doesn't pay very much, but I guess back in Italy, it is a MAJOR big deal to
get recruted.  They have very strict hiring practices, and most of them were
not water boys or food runners back in  Italy.  One of the waiters owned his
own restarant back in Italy, and just wanted to get on the program to get
ideas from Disney.  Anyway, I had it bad for our waterboy, so I drank a lot of
water during that meal -:)
