Some of the cast members that already work at the pavillions are transferred from those respective countries, whatever they may be. The last time I went to EPCOT I ate dinner at the Moroccan restaurant and
had a neat conversation with the waiter and busboy. Both were hotel/
restaurant management students from Morocco over in the states for a year
as an 'internship'. Basically it's a very clever setup by Disney to staff
the parks with authentic country members while getting workers for next to
nothing. When the work visa's up, they're back home. I wonder if americans
can even get jobs in some of the pavillions now, considering the appeal of
