- Congratulations on a great issue! The credits were one of my favorite parts.
- I'm glad PAD finally managed to work in the explanation of Quicksilver's
- personality that you had in Wizard (it was almost word for word from
- the interview, wasn' it?) because it just makes such sense. I assume that
- the person alluded to that Pietro feels attached to in the team is Jamie,
- especially since he wouldn't admit to it, and since Jamie would be *the*
- last person Pietro would admit to liking, either that or Guido. :D
- The "origin of Guido" would have made the "Calvin" story from the annual(?)
- so much more enjoyable, too bad we couldn't have gotten the origin first.
-
- Now the big question should be: why did this issue work so well? Answer:
- because this team has some *serious* problems, with possible exception
- of Pietro, all of them have a screw or two loose--or skeleton in their closet.
- While it seems a little cliched that all of them have psychological problems
- or traumas, it works. Why? Because PAD has set it up well--this issue kept
- everybody in character (and established your "take" on Val, too). Had it
- ever been established before that Jamie lived with his two dead parents,
- or did you come up with that? I don't ever remember hearing that before.
-
- Oh, and I agree that Lorna should dump the new duds--she looks like she
- has become an "Image babe".....yuck....
-
- Keep up the good work, Peter! (Please? :D)
