  22. A couple nominations off the top of my head...

  24. Justice League with the new writing teams.

  26. Superman--the Death issues.  It was a very enjoyable book until this
  27. very stupid storyline.

  29. Titans, ever since Titans Hunt (yeah, it's been over a year, but the
  30. bottom keeps sinking with this one...)
