- And on a semi comics related note, a treasured childhood possession for
- my sister and me was the origin book for all these characters. I think
- you sent in some empty Funny-face packets and they sent you the book.
-
- It wasn't a comic, but a children's picture book with a short story detailing
- the genesis of each character like "Why Jolly Ollie Orange is so jolly",
- how Rootin-Tootin Raspberry overcame his shyness etc. Someone had obviously
- cared about it, and it is quite charming.
