  11. Inspired by someone's posting last year of his 1991 reading list, I kept
  12. a similar list for me for 1992, and so know that I read 136 books this year.
  13. The breakdown would be:
  14.     SF/fantasy:    60
  15.     Sherlockiana:     7
  16.     Other Fiction:    26
  17.     Plays:         9
  18.     Science:     8
  19.     Lit Crit:     5
  20.     History:     9
  21.     Other non-fic:    12

  23. (I have the same excuse someone else had: it would have been more, but
  24. I was writing also, in my case, over 100,000 words of reviews,
  25. convention reports, and travelogues.)
