  12. I posted this to 'misc.books.technical' yesterday, and forgot to 
  13. post to this group, which is better read ...

  16. This and other 'books' newsgroups have been good about getting 
  17. together lists of bookstores, addresses, toll-free-numbers,
  18. internet addresses etc. of the big bookstores across the country.
  19. I would like to start making a list of used bookstores, that have
  20. non-trivial selections of technical books.  I have a suspicion
  21. that this list will not be very long. I would like to include the 
  22. 'will-help-you-find-out-of-print-books' kind of operations. If 
  23. such a list already exists, I will build on it. Also all 
  24. information will be welcome -- ph. numbers (toll free or not), 
  25. addresses etc. If responses are mailed to me, I'll post the results.
  26. European netters please respond too.
