Question: Are the author and singer(s) of the pop song "Kyrie Eleison"(Sp?)
committing cultural appropriation?  ("Kyrie Eleison"- greek for "Lord, have
mercy." Often used in that form in the Catholic Mass. Many people had no idea
of the significance of the phrase, notably my boyfriend, who insisted that the
lyric was "Carry a laser."  This sort of thing is a strain on relationships...)
