- One correction: our set does not have the cheaper educator binding.
- We paid for the set with the cheaper binding, but, a few days
- after we ordered, Britannica called to say that they were
- out of the cheap edition, and would we be willing to take the
- more expensive binding at no additional charge.
-
- A friend of ours bought his Britannica the correct way: when
- the salesman arrived, he said: "Don't say anything about it
- or I won't buy. I know I want one. I just want to know how
- much it costs, then I'll sign." The salesman agreed not
- to go into his normal sales talk.
