-
- I had mine done in the way you describe, and I took the zinc 50mg twice
- a day. It healed up in about 2 1/2 months or so, with little problem.

-
- I was kinda worried about this, but I didn't have any problem really,
- I was nervous about my SO bumping me since we sleep together, or such
- things, but THIS wasn't a probelm. You learn VERY quickly to be
- careful taking off your shirt though. :) And to watch when squeezing
- through tight spaces.

-
- I used Hibiclens for the first month and a half or so, but it seemed to
- make my nipple a little more sensitive and redder, so I switched to
- Betadine. This seemed to do the job well, and it was a bit easier to find
- at the corner drugstore than Hibiclens.

-
- As I apologize for posting if this is wasted bandwidth, just de-lurking. :)
