  15.      Devilman Cel Auction

  17.      During our visit to Dynamic Productions on December 25th, the F.A.C.E.
  18. Directors were give sixteen top grade cels from the Devilman 2 OAV. Two of the
  19. cels included backgrounds. The cels were personal gifts from Go and Miko Nagai
  20. but the F.A.C.E. crew decided that they could be better used to raise money to
  21. start a scholarship fund. We received permission to auction the cels at Anime
  22. America with the proceeds going to a scholarship fund. The scholarship will be
  23. awarded to a deserving artist in 1994, based on the recommendation of a panel
  24. of professional artists. Details of the scholarship program and rules of
  25. application will be published in the coming months.
