  19. Am I missing something?  Does that mean people can just plug their VCR's
  20. into the system and tape all these animes?  Why would *any* licensor agree
  21. to that?  Why would U.S.M.C., U.S. Renditions, et.al. agree to that?  Sounds
  22. fishy to me.
