  16. A fad.  Japanese pop culture focuses a lot around "multiculturalism" and loves
  17. things European and American.  Non anime songs are subject to the same amount
  18. of English.  Just take a look at J-Pop titles at a CD store.  Lots of romaji 
  19. and outright English.
  20. (reminds me of the fad of wearing Russian on clothing...my parents bought me
  21. a shirt which sait "work pants" in Russian.  I guess they figure most American
  22. consumers can't read Russian...|) (guess again!)
