- [It's not a review because I don't give it a grade...]
-
- I must admit, I didn't expect much from UY 3. It's my least favorite
- of the UY movies I've seen so far (the first 5). Although AnimEigo's
- subtitles don't fix my problems with the film(*), they make it a more
- enjoyable experience by filling in all those little details not found
- in most synopses for this film. For example, the explanation of
- CURSES-R-US business procedure even makes sense, given the assumptions
- made about the existence of karma and so on...
-
- I'm waiting for UY 4. Let's see if we *FINALLY* can understand whatever
- that movie is supposed to be...
-
- One complaint: the audio on the tape was cranked WAAY up, so high the
- louder sounds were noticeably distorted. Next time you make a master,
- consider the idea of turning the VOLUME knob a couple of notches
- down. [On the positive side, your hiss problem in previous releases
- seems to be a thing of the past.]
-
- (*) How could they?
