- Well, now that your sufficiently confused by the subject header...
-
- Devil Hunter Yohko (Mamono Hunter Yohko) is officially "OUT" from A.D.
- Vision (ie I have it in my grubby little fingers), adding a new company
- name to the field. We shall see how AD Vision expands to become a member
- of the "Big Five" 8-).
-
- Random quick comments regarding "Yohko":
-
- Man, I knew there was quite a bit of hokey dialogue in the original
- but not THIS much. Quite a bit of idiomatic "translation" of lines
-
- Titles are a bit small and thin for my taste. (or my eyes 8-/)
-
- AD Vision has started with the clamshell boxes, hopefully they'll
- stick with them. The tapes themselves are the exact type as the
- AnimEigo blue tapes.
-
- Only real "type" that I was pretty sure of was Naoko Matsui being
- spelled as Maoko.
-
- Curious, I hadn't realized that Mamono Hunter Yohko was produced
- by MADHOUSE.

-
- Also, they are also producing A.D. Visions Magazine, the first issue which
- is free when sending in the little response card in the tape. (was solicited
- for the comic stores in March, the tape that is, but once Capitol City and
- Diamond get all the orders in, they should get the tape out as soon as they
- come in to them. )
