  24. In what way? How have they violated ethics? According to Mr. Medinnus, 
  25. Mike Tatsugawa had full knowledge of their formation from the beginning, 
  26. prior to any announcements. In fact, although Mr. Medinnus gives it no  
  27. weight in his post, apparently MT broke an agreement about announcing.
  28. AnimeAmerica formed after MT would not honor the agreement settlement 
  29. that HE HIMSELF MADE to have only one con, with one of his own BOD people 
  30.  
  31. as Chairman. It seems that someone indeed has been unethical, but not 
  32. AC or AA. But still, what other actions have AA taken that are immoral 
  33. or unethical? And, please, be specific and site your sources for 
  34. credibility.

  38. presumably friends with him. In my opinion, that makes your observations

  54. It is hard to argue when your facts don't hold water, or when Greg 
  55. Scanlan 
  56. has tapes from the AC/AX negotiations which contradict them.

  58. If you are going to make definite statements which slam a convention, 
  59. their staff, and their supporters, please supply facts instead of general

  61. accusatory statements. And please have the courage to at least take 
  62. responsibility for your accusations by posting your name.

  64. BTW, concerning financial disclosure by 501c-* corporations; their 
  65. bylaws, 
  66. meeting minutes, and financial statements are all documents open to 
  67. inspection, 
  68. but there is no requirement concerning public disclosure. In short, 
  69. non-profit
  70. corporations do not have to publish their records, but must supply them 
  71. if 
  72. requested to do so (presumably by a registered letter accompanied with an 
  73. SASE).
  74. Other disclosures may be required by the organization's bylaws, but no 
  75. other 
  76. disclosures are manditory.
