I haven't seen any anti-AX'93 articles, just what are you talking
about? The only bitter-type articles have been people on BOTH sides
posting their respective perspectives (take THAT , Jesse Jackson 8-) on
what the negotiations over the past months have been.
The only negative post from a individual against Ax93 seems to have
been from Mr. George Greene. Though it primarily seemed to stand from a
fan perspective rather than a competitor perspective. (A Clarification on
his original post: AnimeCON91 had the problems with last minute guest
cancellations, with Toshio Okada and Leiji Matsumoto, mainly. MAtsumoto-senseihad to take on additional duties in a production while a friend was ill, but
what was Okoda-san's cancellation about?. Not a flame, I'm just curious
why the OtaKing himself was unable to show, just working on OnV?, and also
Mr. Otomo also cancelled, but that was a little bit before the con I
believe) Even though all cons have and have had cancellations, it is the
last-minute "unavoidable" ones that stick in people's minds.
Regarding my report about the Westin, that is FACT!!! The AA93 reservations
WERE cancelled by the Westin, but it is unclear yet as to the who,what,where
as to who falsely represented himself to the WEstin to do this.
