  17. I recently measured the voltage in my fish
  18. tank by placing the positive terminal of my
  19. voltmeter in the water and grounding the other
  20. terminal.  I measured a whopping 50 volts. When I
  21. lift the power cords off the back of the tank the
  22. voltage drops down to a nice 1-2 volts.

  24. Has anybody heard anything on this subject or know
  25. where I might find some good reading material on it?
