- I know how to decide what numbers to collect, how to collect them,
- how to analyse the data, and how to explain the results clearly
- (orally, textually or graphically). I can use all of the software
- and hardware necessary to get this job done.

- I have broad training and experience in both qualitative
- and quantitative aspects of data collection and analysis, and other
- aspects of survey research. This includes a B.A. Honours in
- Statistics (expected May 1993 from Carleton University, Ottawa,
- Ontario, Canada), and statistical research work for the Canadian
- federal government as well as Carleton University.

- and have investigated: archival patron needs, alcohol use patterns,
- astronomical modelling, automatic banking machines, and many other
