  26. INFORMATION SYSTEMS SPECIALIST

  28. The individual we hire will have an interest in database systems and
  29. experience with relational databases is recommended, though not
  30. essential.  A strong programming background and excellent written and
  31. verbal communication skills is a must.  A Bachelor's Degree in Computer
  32. Science is required or a College Certificate along with 2 - 3  years
  33. related experience.
