  18. Location:               4202 Province Line Rd. #2, on the corner of
  19.                         Province Line Rd. and Rte. 1, by the Mercer Mall
  20.                         About fifteen minutes by car to either Princeton
  21.                         or Trenton.
  22. Rent:                   $495.00/mo. including heat and hot water
  23. Availability:           February 1, possibly sooner.  Lease is through
  24.                         August, with option to renew.

  26. This is a three-room second-floor apartment (plus a bathroom with
  27. tub/shower) which would be appropriate for one person or a couple.
  28. The rooms are fairly large and have hardwood floors (except the
  29. kitchen and bathroom).  There's a reasonable amount of sun.  There
  30. is a HUGE amount of storage space in the form of an unfinished
  31. attic.  The stove is gas.  It's a very comfortable space, and I've
  32. been happy here.

  34. The apartment is in good shape and the landlady (who lives next
  35. door) is considerate and responsible.  The one disadvantage is that
  36. being on Route 1 it's a bit noisy if the windows are open.  (On
  37. the other hand, the building is solid and there's not much problem
  38. with noise from the other apartments.)  No pets are allowed.

  40. Two parking spaces go with the apartment, one of which is in a
  41. garage.

  43. I'm looking for a responsible person (or people) who's going to take
  44. care of the apartment.
