- 1BR APARTMENT AVAILABLE NEAR PRINCETON/TRENTON
-
- Location: 4202 Province Line Rd. #2, on the corner of
- Province Line Rd. and Rte. 1, by the Mercer Mall
- About fifteen minutes by car to either Princeton
- or Trenton.
- Rent: $495.00/mo. including heat and hot water
- Availability: February 1, possibly sooner. Lease is through
- August, with option to renew.
-
- This is a three-room second-floor apartment (plus a bathroom with
- tub/shower) which would be appropriate for one person or a couple.
- The rooms are fairly large and have hardwood floors (except the
- kitchen and bathroom). There's a reasonable amount of sun. There
- is a HUGE amount of storage space in the form of an unfinished
- attic. The stove is gas. It's a very comfortable space, and I've
- been happy here.
-
- The apartment is in good shape and the landlady (who lives next
- door) is considerate and responsible. The one disadvantage is that
- being on Route 1 it's a bit noisy if the windows are open. (On
- the other hand, the building is solid and there's not much problem
- with noise from the other apartments.) No pets are allowed.
-
- Two parking spaces go with the apartment, one of which is in a
- garage.
-
- I'm looking for a responsible person (or people) who's going to take
- care of the apartment.
-
- If you're interested, or would like more information, please contact
- me by email at js@phoenix.princeton.edu or by phone at 609/987-9383
- (home) or 609/258-6488 (office---you're not likely to reach me,
- but you can leave a message).
