- I call myself a political conservative and I like them both (although I
- have problems with them both in certain areas). Conservatives have
- a set of core beliefs they all agree on and they argue around the
- periphery of these core beliefs. Buchanon and Weld would both call
- themselves followers of Burke. Catholics and Baptists call themselves
