- reminded to. I don't want to introduce a loophole for people
- to invalidate a vote because "you should have posted in x.y.z",
- where the xxx-writer did not consider x.y.z to be involved.

- I consider most informed vote-takers to be conscientious, and the vast
- majority would not deliberately choose to not post in a strongly
- involved group. IMHO, separate pointers posted by the xxx-writer or
- David Lawrence are not necessary. Individuals should take the
- responsibility of "getting out the vote" by additional postings to
- affected groups if they think the current system is not likely to
- notify interested parties.
