  15. Actually, Dave, it would have been much more productive to try
  16. not yelling first.  I believe we've gone through this particular
  17. set of opinions (as well as everything else) before, so I won't
  18. try and convince you too terribly much.  You seem to have already
  19. decided before your first post that yelling and screaming was the
  20. way to go (I *think* you even said as much (although in different
  21. words) the last time we got on the yelling vs. conversation merry-
  22. go-round....)

  25. chance before yelling and screaming, so we'll never really know
  26. how much attention your complaint would have gotten, now will we?
