- To my mind, that sounds like an excellent idea. These things
- take time, and a step-by-step buidling process, through discussions
- and votes on newsgroups, will eventually lead, if all goes well,
- to the outcome you desire. Once a solid hierarchy is created,
- in other words, you will then have an opportunity to make an
- excellent case for different levels which will enable you to
- make the important link between USENET and NativeNet.
