  28. Don't be a cretin, Brandon.  Why should Norwegians be exposed to ideas on
  29. American conservative politics?  Do *you* regularly expose yourself to
  30. talk and debate on Norwegian political issues?

  32. I wish I understood precisely what the Big Seven hierarchies are meant to
  33. be.  If they're truly meant to be worldwide hierarchies, then why doesn't
  34. the us. hierarchy get more use?  I see proposals all the time for groups
  35. that would be of interest only to citizens of the USA and those who follow
  36. American politics and culture, yet we don't label these with a '.us.'
  37. stuck in the namespace anywhere.

  39. I also think that there certainly should be some newsgroup for
  40. conservatives.  I disagree that it should be called talk.politics.patriot
  41. as I vote Democratic, strongly dislike the National Rifle Association,
  42. don't listen to Rush Limbaugh, yet consider myself a patriot.  Call it
  43. talk.politics.usa.conservative, or find a home for it in the us. hierarchy.
